Ricardo Golzalez focuses his professional practice on real estate, administrative, business, and corporate matters.

Prior to joining JCP, Ricardo participated in the First International Conference of the Model European Union, hosted by the European Commission Delegation in the Dominican Republic. In 2009 - 2011, he was a founding member and editor-in-chief of the Law Review at the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE).

Recent experience

  • Assisted one of the largest financial institutions in the Dominican Republic with regularization of mortgages and chattels.
  • Assisted an international investment fund with its US$65 million investment into a luxury real estate project in Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic.
  • Assisted with due diligence investigation of petrochemical, energy, and real estate matters for a Central American multinational company in connection with acquisition of the shares of one of the world’s largest multinational petroleum producers.
