- Tax Free Zones

With 64 industrial parks and some 600 companies located there, the Dominican Republic has become one the largest manufacturers and exporters of consumer goods and services in the region. The team of JCP is uniquely positioned to assist investors with the entire range of tax free zones services because of its long standing working relationship with the National Free Zones Counsel (CNZFE), the agency in charge of regulation and oversight of tax free zones, as well as because of its vast experience in that field.

The JCP services include installation and management of industrial parks, as well as both regular and special tax free zones companies (i.e. enjoying tax free status but located outside industrial parks). JCP consistently obtains positive results with permit approvals, agreements between industrial parks and companies, set-up of operations, as well as winding down of companies. While offering competitive rates for the above services, JCP provides services in the most efficient and expedited manner.

Chambers & Partners Global 2014 distinguishes José Cruz Campillo as a “key member of the team” who “handles a range of corporate and foreign investment matters, and is widely praised for his free zone expertise.”
