Galina Tapia tapped to be training instructor for the OAS

Galina Tapia, an associate of Jiménez Cruz Peña, has been asked to act as instructor for a training workshop organized by the Organization of American States (OAS) on the legal regime of e-government.

Tapia will train a group of more than 200 public officers from the government of Colombia. This training workshop is part of an OAS program to develop the capacity within its member States for the successful implementation of e-government.

Galina Tapia is an expert in new technology regulation, and as such, has been featured as lecturer and commentator in numerous seminars and initiatives throughout Latin America.
