Once again, our firm was asked to contribute with the 2012 special edition, Business Crime of the International Comparative Legal Guide publication.
Jiménez Cruz Peña has promoted three senior associates to the partnership. The new partners Vilma Veras, Katherine Rosa and Rosa Díaz specialize in corporate transactions, project finance, and litigation, respectively. In addition, the firm promoted Manuel Peña R., senior associate and a seasoned litigator, to Counsel. The promotions, which take effect as of July 1, 2011, support the firm’s continued growth, bringing the total number of partners to 6.
As Jimenez Cruz Peña celebrates its eighth anniversary, it reaffirms its commitment to public service by joining the initiative BUSINESS SOLIDARITY CHAIN implemented by the organization Un Techo Para Mi País.
