Marcos Peña recognized by Who´s Who of Commercial Arbitration 2014

Mr. Peña has vast experience in international dispute resolution, serving as an arbitrator, as well as counsel, both in international and local arbitration proceedings. Since 2002 he has been a member of the Board of the Center of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Chamber of Commerce and Production in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Mr. Peña took an active part in preparing the draft of the arbitration law of the Dominican Republic adopted in 2008. Since July 2012, Mr. Peña has been serving as the only Dominican member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France.
