Getting the Deal Through publications are international guides, each focusing on a distinct area of law, policy, or industry. They cover key jurisdictions for each practice area or industry, and follow a question-and-answer format. The questionnaires are prepared by leading practitioners, selected on the basis of their expertise and recognition. Contributors are invited to complete the questionnaire for their jurisdiction, thus creating a road map of different practices worldwide that allows to have an overview of each country and easily compare it with others. The series now covers 45 practice areas in more than 130 jurisdictions.
